Not every workout needs the same bra. Pick based on impact level (low / medium / high) and your cup size.

Impact levels

Low impact (yoga, walking, weights), medium impact (cycling, hiking), high impact (running, HIIT, basketball). Higher impact = more support needed.

Compression vs encapsulation

Compression sports bras smash the breasts toward the chest — fine for A–C. D+ should always choose encapsulation (separate cups) for better motion control.

Sizing tips

Sports bras can be sized cup+band like normal bras OR S/M/L. If S/M/L, use the brand chart. Always size based on a fully measured bust, not your everyday bra size.
