Mistake 1: Band too loose

Cause of 80% of bra problems. Sister-size down (e.g. 36 → 34, with cup up).

Mistake 2: Wearing the bra on the tightest hook

New bras should fit on the LOOSEST hook. Tightest = your bra is dead, replace it.
