Yoga and marathon running need very different bras. Here is the impact-level guide.

Low impact

Yoga, pilates, walking, weights. A simple compression bralette works.

Medium impact

Cycling, hiking, brisk walking, dance. Look for moulded cups and a wider band.

High impact

Running, HIIT, basketball, tennis. D+ should choose encapsulation (separate cups). Look for racerback or convertible straps and a 3-hook closure.
